Display the flower arrangements in a place with good ventilation away from direct sunlight, preferably with little to no humidity to prevent fading and mold. To clean, lightly brush with soft bristle brush to remove dirt and dust. Do not water, press or bend the flowers.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed by 12:00pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. For special occasions or specific requests requiring customised floral arrangements, we will need at least three (3) days advance notice to source and prepare for the preserved and dried flower materials.

For special days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, where availability of flowers are limited, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
